As a long-term shareholder, I find no issue with lowering the dividend and the existence of options that have been issued to employees.

Helix mgmt has an excellent history at properly sheparding the resources/dilution of the company through the tough times. This is one of the most conservatively managed tech companies. What other equip company is returning capital to shareholders at all?

Helix has been leading by example for a long time now. your questions and issues are misplaced.

Note I agree with you on the repricing of options, but to the best of my knowledge, Helix did not do this in the last trough, and I would be greatly surprised if they did so now.
