Saudi Arabia comes in fourth in both total population and births since Jan. 2000. But its rate of births is far higher than Russia's.

4th place on that list but certainly not 4th place overall. India is probably first overall. (China still has a few more people but they are harsh about discouraging births). Dozens of countries probably have more births then Saudi.
