Jim, I am somewhat perplexed by your take on Putin and the Russian problems. #1, the sailors that lived through the initial blast on the sub had zero survival chance, no matter what the media says. #2, think back to last year, and the US govt was willing, ready and able to order the shoot down of any passenger aircraft to "save" another World Trade Center event. Think of the fallout an aircraft shootdown here in the US would be met with?? Right or wrong, terrorism means people will die. As for the basket cases of Argentina & Brazil, throwing money hasn't worked yet, and I doubt it will work if they do it again.
