"Monegasque" is the word. You might be interested to hear that actually there is such a sport. Each year, from the heights of the Rocher (the mountain on which there is the Prince's palace) divers throw themselves into the sea in a quite scary free-diving competition :) Sorry if I find it vaguely amusing that the guy who tried so hard to oust his opponent from power (with no success) got his own government in pieces, with no effort from the other side. No malice here, it is just quite ironic.
