It now looks like Sharon is determined to stay in power and will form another coalition with the ultra-nationalists & religious groups.

I'm not sure if he has the numbers to pull it off.. But Nadine seems to think so...

But were Sharon to appeal to the ultra-nationalists and religious groups, it would likely be Netanyahu, not Sharon, who would hold the greatest chance of being prime minister.

Labor was Sharon's hedge against Netayahu... And now that's gone and he now stands exposed to the U-Right..

And I wonder if the Palestinians are ready to face Netanyahu again... He is a very charming politician who knows how to smooze the US public...
