Not sure if we want to go into a telecom investment on the other side of the world for now. Got a "tip" from a marketing guy who works in Telecom.. He seems to believe that SBC and some of the other competitors in the sector, is playing hardball with deregulation legislation, refusing to spend money on capital expenditures until they see deregulation passed... But he believes that sometime in 2003 they will be forced to do it and the game of political "chicken" will end and telecom spending will resume. Hawk@takeitforwhatitisworth.com
