KLP, All very interesting, and good, questions. There were six men, like the coyotes on the Mexican border, that were in charge of the migration, and they have been put in jail. We all know that everyone in Haiti is dirt poor, and barely survive, which I deplore, but where did the money come from that financed this incident?

If the Coast Guard missed this thing, that worries me, but I wonder if that boat was ever far enough out for the CG patrol boats, and planes, to give them any reason to question it.

I just hope that this thing is probed deeply enough to get to the bottom of how this was allowed to happen in the first place.
