Medicare doesn't pay for 100% of everything. I went into the Kaiser HMO here in the islands with a little trepidation, but I have been pleasantly surprised. It is $72 a month on top of medicare, plus $8 per visit with reduced prescriptions. The care has been terrific. It is going to "bump up" of course, but I am prepared to have it double over the coming years.
