Karen, Didn't the calendar illustrate that the California crisis occurred under Clinton? And that most of its tax-free years were under that administration? Why aren't more senior Democrats hunting on this one? Because they have their own - Global Crossing. I would also like to get back to the heyday of the bubble economy, but really - did you think the tulips would last forever? Clinton benefited greatly from the bubble, if at had burst even a year earlier - there would not have been any forgiveness for his character issues. Now in fairness - did Clinton cause the bubble - no. Both sides are guilty of stretching the importance of the Presidency on the economy. John
