She is the one who officially declares war and peace. ok -g- It's not the 1880's any longer though. "Jack the ripper" types have DNA and all sorts of scientific stuff to deal with these days. Including real news. There was also WW1 and WW2. Winston Churchill (amongst his many screw ups) let an important navel gun sight be sold to the Germans before WW1 as his relative had an inferior design that he (of course) backed. Result:- Germans blew the crap out of us in the opening rounds of the battle of Jutland. It was entirely due to a British designed gun sight (plus some German discipline training on the system) A putrid part of British history. Now tell me British arms (for example) tanks and guns are in a good condition for any war right now (never mind in the desert). Watch out for some flashes on the horizon of some 16 inch cyber guns. Whole racks of them -g-
