A comment from WSJ about the South Dakota Senate race. Backs up what I posted earlier.

Johnson has declared victory, but the Sioux Falls Argus Leader reports "the closeness of the vote makes a recount likely, and state officials said that would be held on Nov. 25." In addition, charges of voter fraud on the state's heavily Democratic Indian reservations have bedeviled this race. If there's going to be litigation over the 2002 election, expect it in South Dakota.<<<<
