While the Dems had voters' ennui, the Republicans came out in droves. They were spurred on, no doubt, by the arduously successful stumping President Bush did for candidates. While the Democrats were thinking big wins were a fait accompli, the Republicans artfully pulled that rug out from under them. They certainly did an amazing job this election. Of course, I continue to hope sane minds among the conservatives will prevail, lolol.
