>>Try having a nightmare about antibiotic resistant tuberculosis.<<

I have, actually. When I first hung out my own shingle, maybe 50% of my income was from court-appointed criminal cases in several jurisdictions. I was a very busy lady.

I got off the lists for a couple of reasons -- fear of tuberculosis was one of them. At the time, a lot of defendants in New York had drug resistant tuberculosis, and the judges and court staff were coming down with it.

It doesn't seem to have been as much of a problem as I was worried about, but just as well since the local counties went to Public Defenders.

I do worry about a lot of things. My kids think I am paranoid. I don't think I am paranoid, I think I just worry a lot.

When I was a kid, I worried about the atomic bomb, starting with the Cuban Missile Crisis. I don't think I was the worrying type before then.

Scarred for life by Castro and Khrushchev.
