Good movies I didn't include:

(because I like the book better! :)

Minority Report
Short story by same name, written by Philip K. Dick. In the book, there is nothing about no boy being killed, no Agatha coming to her senses, no estranged wife. It is a far more impersonal story, and the plot is more interesting. At the end, he decides to kill the guy because if he had not, they would take the whole system down.

Blade Runner
A book named "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep", also by Philip K. Dick. I know most people love the movie but sorry to say that the book is far superior. The whole idea of this post-modern loneliness, yearning for a pet, androids yearning to be human make up the book into far more than a chase for androids.
