Mqurice, you OK? Usually you make more sense than that. :-) OPEC is an American institution. It is? (a) The US is not a member. (b) The US didn't organize it. (c) Even Mexico, south of the US, is not a member. So how's it an American institution? The USA attacked Microsoft for far less cause than the cost of oil inflicted on Americans due to OPEC's cartel. Are you suggesting we bomb Microsoft? Or sue OPEC? Which is great for France, Britain, Russia, USA, Canada, Australia, and those in OPEC. ???????????? I can understand Britain, Russia, and OPEC. They are net exporters of oil. But the rest are not. How do high oil prices help them?
