I'd better find the Long Island Power Authority website and ask them about it. What a pack of failures in life if the story is true. Surely it's a fake story. What's annoying is that it seems so consistent with many things we hear than I find myself even contemplating the possibility that the story is true. Maybe he falsely marked the letters with ANTHRAX, which I'd say is a threatening thing to do and not acceptable.
