Alex, I can assure you that my integrety is intact. Time will show this to be true. Your SI curriculum vitae indicates that you are a Vice President with a degree in finance, good. You would then know that such unreasearched statements you have made are disruptive to the market. After examining the trading pattern over the past two days I would suggest that you are shorting WAVC and are hoping to cash in with such a post.

Well, facts are facts. It will become increasingly evident that this company is not a "scam". The technology is marvellous and truly of new generation. The world of ISP will be remade and sooner than you think. Not a snow job my friend.

My desire would be that you would find the facts before making such brash statements, however, if that is not your motive or intention, then my other desire is that you dirty your shorts. pun intended.

I have posted previously regarding highly technical and corporate questions which have been posed on this thread. These do need to be answered, you are right. Perhaps your impatience is showing, after all, the thread was only started up on the evening of July 17th. and when I saw the need for getting answers to some highly technical questions, I forwarded a request to this company. You or anyone else could have done the same thing. After investigating wireless internet technology along with wireless internet companies such as MCOM, I have come to the conclusion that there is a significant amount of misinformation being assumed, dispensed and just "out there". WaveRider has a very competent group of technical people who can answer the technical questions and straighten out the misconceptions and misinformation. As promised, I have contacted the company on Monday, July 21st (yesterday) and passed on the questions; informed them of the SI thread URL; requested that they respond to the highly technical questions on the SI thread; requested that they answer the corporate questions as to Edgar filings, balance sheet, and so on. Two of their directors have contacted me today. Director Bill Krebs C.A., Chairman & Director Major Wireless Communications, is sending me an e-mail information on the corporate questions. I will repost this to the SI thread when received. Stephen Grant, CEO & Director Major Wireless Communications, is looking into posting technical responses directly to the SI thread.

I had no trouble contacting Mr. Krebs. There is a personal number for Bill Krebs that I was referred to by the Vancouver office which I will pass on with permission. Mr. Krebs tells me that he has fielded a number of questions recently from persons using this thread and welcomes the opportunity to answer and clarify questions where necessary.

Office (usual Vancouver BC hours 9 am to 5 pm): 604-482-1211
Bill Krebs, direct personal line: 604-482-1241

Thank you for expressing yourself Mr. Alex W. The company is planning to clarify the technical matters et cetera as has been stated.

p.s. the Canucks really aren't such a bad lot. Salmon fishing is a sore point right now, however, we all want fairness to prevail and are sure that our good neighbors want this also. I have been doing some guided tours for inland fishing and had an excellent experience when one fellow caught and landed a 38# native rainbow this May. We have pictures to prove it and memories to last a lifetime.

Best regards,
Ron E
