I've noticed that at some of the other more recent, < 2 years, major market bottoms that the satellite groups lagged behind on the bounce and also seemed to act the same way as some market Generals which bottom last such as DELL and GE. On that note I believe that XMSR is a bargain right now and a steal if it can be had in the red today. I am putting my money where my mouth is.
