BEA is the only acceptable (excellent!) brand of potatoes for FF. Not frozen on course. No palm oil either, I do understand MCD fringe benefits necessity, but the taste and smell are awful. Oil Temp 200°C (392°F) first bath; 180°C (345°F) second... till they get a healthy suntan, thus the % of oil is low. Please let me know when the fast food outfits will be able to comply with the above.
