Five Guys is definitely down scale, but they do have free roasted peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait, and the price is right. The fries are fried in peanut oil, which is a popular way of doing them here (it's called boardwalk style). Not as good as Boardwalk Fries (my favorites - very thick, flaccid, and starchy - I am not a crisp fry fan.)

Fuddrucker's is pretty upscale. You can get your burgers with portobello mushrooms, or guacamole, or fancy cheese. They used to bake their own buns on site. They also used to cut their own meat on site -- you could see sides of beef hanging in a cooler with glass doors! These features seems to have vanished by the wayside and they are under new management, which has expanded the menu, a clear sign of mission creep.
