Most people that I know of aren't getting raises and haven't for some time. Budgets are tight you know. In fact some are even getting paid -0- after they get laid off. Those that are finding jobs are at lower rates than they were the last couple years.

"Hourly compensation in the third quarter up 4.9%" -- My Arse.
