There's no "admi[ssion]" (let alone proof) in that commentary of some fabled 'plunge protection team' or any other government entity tinkering in equity markets in that commentary. Nor, and far more importantly, is there one by the fabled, "intervening" governmental bodies themselves.

Unless you have any other "evidence" to provide, this is probably the time that I should ask: what axe is it you're trying to grind?

Or is it - as I expect - just another conspiratorial retail flotation device to keep your head above the asphyxiating effects of personal responsibility?
