Mike-- How long have you had your imaginary friend, Janice? When I was very young, they tell me, I had an imaginary friend named Kicker that was responsible for all the bad-boy stuff that it looked like I did. Having ol' Kicker worked for me, so if you want Janice to handle your sell decisions... hey that's okay by me. I have one rule for selling that is carved in stone, and sadly have ignored many times: When the story changes, sell. Yup, this is a Janice point. As an example, I bought a home builder in CA., hoping to catch a turn in the economy. The company was okay fundamentally with a low PE and a new project ready for ground-breaking... in Orange County. Well, I rode it down, hoping that some miracle would happen instead of quitting when the story changed. Back to you, Mike. Regards, TBG Paul
