Jonathan,

I am not sure there has been a run-up in the true sense.

The bottom will fall out of stent sales in 2003.
Tachy and brady therapy devices may soften the fall
given recent changes in ACC guidelines for device implantation.
I think it will be a big gap to fill, however.

I would listen to any conference calls and listen to projections.

I don't currently follow GDT or have any position in the company.
