Please see my post from earlier today about FEOL and BEOL: Message 18471527 Message 18472598 The breakdown that is provided each month in the Express Report addresses Front End tools and Final Manufacturing tools. FEOL and BEOL are segments of the Front End tool market and they are not addressed in the Express Report. To a certain degree one can measure these two segments with the use of the Worldwide SEMS data (also from SEMI) but there is no book-to-bill ratio for FEOL or BEOL. Regards, Carl
