NYSE Specialist Short ratio is down again as of last week, testing some of the lowest levels in the last 5 years sans Sept. 11 melt.


I guess it could be a trap but that statistic troubles me to no end. I sense bear doom at some point this year on a scale we haven't seen in a long time.
