Fibo cluster around end of this month...since I am pre-disposed to down beg. of March, that would make it a high..

Of course, it could be a low..or not even apply ng but my "bet" is (still) now a high, and march Bradley, etc. a low....although today is putting a bit more doubt into my mind..

Obviously, the historical Feb. data you posted also points against EOM "rally" (I do use this term loosely...I am not expecting big up, like a "C" offered by AA)
