on the Dow in a longer-term perspective?

The consensus now seems to be that we should be expecting a brother leg to the October-December action, but back in the fall many still thought that the action from the October low was the brother leg to the action from the July low, the C to the A, so to speak.

Is the consensus now that the July-August rally was part of a prior wave structure rather than the current one? That's what most peoples' opinions seem to indicate to me.
