Jay, it seems an excellent time to travel. With the Hong Kong infection probability still at less than 3,000:3,000,000 = 1:1000 with a death or serious injury risk, if drawing the short straw and getting the infection, of 10% = 1:10,000 there should be some excellent bargains as a result of the undue fear. If one can save $1,000, with a 1:10,000 risk of getting seriously sick or dead, that's $10 million equivalent. Not a bad saving. Most people's lives aren't worth that much, so there are bargains to be had while others cower in fear. It seems that the fears are overblown.
