Jay, it seems an excellent time to travel. With the Hong Kong infection probability still at less than 3,000:3,000,000 = 1:1000 with a death or serious injury risk, if drawing the short straw and getting the infection, of 10% = 1:10,000 there should be some excellent bargains as a result of the undue fear.

If one can save $1,000, with a 1:10,000 risk of getting seriously sick or dead, that's $10 million equivalent. Not a bad saving. Most people's lives aren't worth that much, so there are bargains to be had while others cower in fear.

It seems that the fears are overblown.

Maybe it's time to buy some Hong Kong restaurants and short the 3M mask division.
