Anyway, back to CRED and all the other bubble real estate, when the rest of the world stops lending to US, interest rates go up & real estate drops... William: It's just a matter of time before the interest rates start rising... The growing Gov't budget deficit will put a big time squeeze on the credit markets... It will hurt the ailing manufacturing sector by raising the cost of their borrowing... It will probably take 12 to 18 months to unfold while rates are artificially held down... Jim
