Not sure how that's gonna work, but as I understand it so far, the company is paying the $500 mil to the SEC who will (supposedly) use it to compensate shareholders. I think you have to have owned it before the BK filing and fraud disclosures, but all I know is what's been in the press and that's been sketchy.

If anyone knows more, please share.
