Nope, nope, nope. When I went short I had no clue about the WS Clearing/Cygnet fiasco. I shorted the stock because: I didn't think RACE could live up to the inflated expectations of many of its shareholders. Thought the earnings estimates for '98 were way, way too high. Was 99% sure that the convert would put significant downward pressure on the stock. >>He's made his money and covered.<< I'll be back if the stock trades higher without any significant sales news. Enjoyed reading your analysis. You might want to figure out when RACE will run out of cash if the numbers come through as you expect. drakes353
