John--JPM had sold their positions in CHKP during last two quarters. So far, they only held about 1 million share or less. Their real role of JPM now should be a buyer, not a seller, even though they ask you to sell before the earning release. CHKP's shareholder's meeting is coming by the end of this month. More good news should come after the earning numbers announce.
