I am not sure what you mean. Perhaps you could elaborate on what you mean by "teaching methods". If you mean that good teachers aren't constantly improving and changing their materials, than I totally disagree with you. Only a very bad teacher would think they have nothing left to learn- I would think that would be the very last thing we would want to model for our students.
