The accuser better be ready to have her life turned upside down.

In order for Kobe to win this case, the accuser's credibility must be trashed. There's no doubt that private detectives will comb through every aspect of her life looking for dirt. There's also no doubt that a smear campaign will ensue.

We all know about the kind of vindictive attacks that Bill Clinton launched against his accusers. Expect the same here. The one thing that the accuser has going for her is her youth, in the sense that she's had less time to accumulate skeletons/baggage.
