I'll call it a rotation move.
If it's orderly then the more liquid stocks
will catch up somewhat.

So far this rally has been a lot of the tail wagging the
Dog, and built on thinner stocks dragging the index up
like kids pulling the parents into Disney world.

I've seen some catch up by the big caps
since early August, but not enough to
say we are out of the briar patch.
