Jorj, I believe it has to do with the "stimulus" package that was signed into law last year giving companies until the end of 2003 to upgrade their "technology" and in return receive huge "tax breaks and write offs"...

If this is the case, (just like WMT had record sales just as all those "tax rebate" checks were mailed out), then what happens next year??

Do they extend the offer??...LOL...(Just like the Auto companies)

Why upgrade next year, do it now, and get something for it...
