Fine. If private funds pay for it, fine.
Using tax money to run 90% busses and trains around spewing pollution is another matter.

Private funds for Caltrain or Bart? What are you talking about? Transportation is subsidized by tax revenue across the board, I pay almost 10K in property taxes per year and I want decent roads. If you want to LOWER my tax rates, then we can talk. As it stands I want my 10K worth.
