Hey Bill, I need your help here. Was looking at the LEAPS today. Stock closed at around $27 1/2 as I recall.

Would like to get the Jan 00 LEAPS - want to have plenty of time for industry and company to recover in the upcoming upturn. Unless I'm reading the chart wrong, calls with a strike price of $20 are $12 5/8, strike of $25 are $10, and strike of $30 are $8.

Which LEAPs are the best value? I had my account set up so I could buy them several months ago, and Andrew Vance's comments on the UTEK thread rekindled my interest. I've done enough research to know that WFR would be a company I'd feel very confortable owning an interest in for a period of several years, and I think it will do well.

Obviously I'm green at using LEAPs - usually buy warrants if they are available or just use margin to leverage.

Thanks for any ideas or insight you or anyone else has on this.

Best - Joe
