NO infrastructure is self supporting. If roads don't pay for themselves via tollroads and the like, and bridges don't pay for themselves then Caltrain and Bart shouldn't have to pay for themselves.

But how about telling me what you consider to be an efficient operation wrt transportation. Name ONE. A self supporting entity that you think works.

As I told you I'm tired of the "I'm mad as hell..." attitude from folks that have NO solutions. None.
