If roads don't pay for themselves via tollroads and the like, and bridges don't pay for themselves

Do you know how much the state and federal governments collect in fuel taxes?? Motorists pay plenty for the roads they drive on. And if it wasn't for ridiculous laws like Davis-Bacon, road construction and maintenance dollars would go even further.
