The 04 election is a ways away, but my sense is the polls are underplaying the anger against Bush just like the CA polls underplayed the Davis upset. I think women especially are disgusted by this blood lust Bush has. I remember Ari Fleicher talking about regime change aka assassination openly and it was disgusting. I think we all realize that the US govt has been behind plenty of coups where assassination was the ultimate outcome. But to discuss it openly in a press conference - WOW. Wolfie and Rummie are so far out there in terms of values they have no clue what is acceptable.
