Items 1 and 3 are trivial. But I guess the arguement could be made that perceptions are 50% of...perceptions in the stock biz sooo a higher priced stock and a NASDAQ listing are probably beneficial (but they still don't amount to a rat's ass). Item #2 is D Y N O M I T E!! I'm glad you uncovered that. This tells me that, for the indefinate future, the company is most likely to have a reliable source of cash. This is a 180 degree change of status: it allows them to proceed unhindered in their research and marketing. Clearly this Wyoming group has a lot of confidence in FPHI. This is one biotech company that is getting its science AS WELL AS its financing together. No wonder the stock has quintupled in ~10 weeks. Best wishes, Peter
