Introduction Market Data Compact

Since anything stated in these opening blurbs becomes instantaneously dated and irrelevant, here are two simple facts as of today:

1. FPHI develops and markets an encapsulated drug delivery system.

2. FPHI is a OTC BB stock whose value has tripled to $0.22 (close as of yesterday, 7/17/97) on increasing volume during the last two months. While it ain't Merck quite yet, the news driving the price was the indication of a possible third party cash infusion.

The company has now confirmed this new financing (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/97/07/17/fphi_y0022_1.html ) suggesting the investment community has identified a promising technology in Fountain's products. This announcement was the catalyst for starting this thread.
