On modems the discussion was leaning towards new very small, very low power devices for the various new personal products that are starting to come to market. I believe we're talking about "connected" PDAs and whatever else is coming. Several times the cash situation was addressed and every time the answer boiled down to the same thing. The current situation did not seem to concern them and while it was admitted that they would probably be needing additional capital to effectively ramp up production to fulfill any large orders, obtaining the capital would not present a problem. Perhaps proof of $2M in orders would be considered as fulfilling the agreement to get the additional $2.5M?
