Worst case? It sounded to me as if they've already sold more BT than that this Q
and have a lot of systems in the middle of installed trials.

You know, from talking to a few people today I get the feeling many missed some of the finer points in the CC. I'm not going to try to explain how I've come up with this but it sure sounds to me as if they're expecting these distributors to produce orders for inventory as well as to fill sales and that it's probable that they're going to need additional capital to fulfill the early orders for said equipment. They were very clear that obtaining necessary capital to fulfill ramp-up orders would not be a problem. I think one could deduce the size of these orders to be substantial by evaluating just how much order size would present itself as necessitating additional capital given where they're at now.

Don't take my word for it - find a tape of the CC and replay that thing several times, this time try not to concentrate on everyone's "cash burn" and "orders as of yesterday" concerns but try to outline out what was said on paper.
