Not so fast - read the NSPK release - a little more detail. biz.yahoo.com . It appears that NetSpeak are not talking about point to point communications but routing actual voice calls through the ISP. If that is the case then they have a product that is starting to look a little like Be There. However, there is not much detail about the routing/switching in that release or their web page data - but they look capable enough of developing such a product. Actually, I think I might look into this one. There's really not enough info to dismiss it that easily.
