Both good posts.

In all fairness to Sam Duggan & to any "passer by" on the thread,
IMO, he does write a more direct and informal response to an inquirer
he is familiar with. No additional information that is not already
available, but if his statement was in the form of a public release,
it would have most likely had the: "statements are based on historical
trends. Any forward looking statements are subject to change revision,
etc."

I'd bet Sam & most of the folks at MEMC are positive. Why not? As you
both point out, they are in a wonderful position for the future.
