Hope you are still in on the resurgence of VISG. I sold close to the post 9/11 high. Other than dabbling a bit in options, I have not gotten back in although I thought about it a couple of times. The reasons I didn't get in were 1)that it appeared that too much emphasis was being built into the price about the airport security and most tests have been pretty negative and 2) the capital structure with the the principal shareholder was a bit confusing and had some potential for manipulaiton. Anyone here who can fill in a summary of what's happened over the past couple of years, at least as far as the capital structure, financing, o/s, float, etc., would be appreciated.
