This is what I mean Bush failed to do. I will definitely duck your question since to me it is a stupid one. We are not top notch experts in every topic. Even the President is not a top notch expert and you cannot take someone and tell them to explain finance, military, science and technology all as a top notch expert. We make our judgements based on a very broad sense of our experiences put together.
